Model with Tiny Waist Named Winner of America's Next Top Model

She was named America's Next Top Model and she has what Tyra Banks called "the smallest waist in the world." INSIDE EDITION speaks to ANTM Cycle 15 winner Ann Ward.

Ann Ward, the 6'2" model with the tiniest waist imaginable was named the winner of America's Next Top Model Cycle 15.

The judges said her big eyes gave her a unique look, but what everyone is buzzing about is her 23-inch waist. It's so shockingly small, it caused big controversy when the show aired.

Some criticized host Tyra Banks for praising Ward for being so stick-thin. Banks apologized and the controversy didn't stop Ward from winning.

As America's Next Top Model, Ward won a $100,000 modeling contract and a photo spread in Italian Vogue.
