Accused Teen Killer Seen Dragging Random Victim's Body in Horrifying Surveillance Footage: Cops

Police say Marcus Bivins fatally stabbed and assaulted Jeanne Lyn Huntoon, 34, before dragging her through a parking lot.
Horrifying surveillance footage shows what police say is a Michigan 19-year-old dragging the lifeless body of the woman he allegedly stabbed to death.
On May 1, police arrested Marcus Bivins for what they say was the random assault and stabbing of 34-year-old Jeanne Huntoon on the Grand Rapids Community College campus April 30.
In video released by the college, a man can be seen dragging what looks to be a lifeless body a short distance. Huntoon's remains were later discovered in some bushes.

Autopsy results indicate that the victim died as a result of being stabbed and assaulted. Surveillance footage did not capture Huntoon's murder.
Investigators were first pointed toward the teen after they received a tip naming Bivens as a suspect, according to a police statement.
Police located Bivins and during questioning they say he referenced information only the suspect would know.

According to Mlive.com, police say Bivins confessed to killing Huntoon.
Police say the murder was not motivated by robbery and that Bivins may have been trying to befriend Huntoon.
"We are still looking into all evidence as to what was behind the actual killing itself," Grand Rapids Police Sgt. Terry Dixon said. "We do believe that this was a random act of violence."
Bivins has been charged with open murder and was arraigned via video feed on May 3. He has not yet entered a plea.
Through a GoFundMe campaign, Huntoon's mother, Debbie Huntoon, has raised over $10,000 in her daughter's name.
In a heartbreaking message, the grieving mother writes:
"She always had a smile on her face and sunshine in her pockets, handing it out to those who needed it. She had so much faith in the Lord knowing he was guiding her in the right direction. She is the last person who deserved this."
