74-Year-Old Breast Cancer Survivor Beating Women Half Her Age in Bodybuilding Contests
A 74-year-old breast cancer survivor is a body building champion.
A 74-year-old woman who beat breast cancer is now a body building champ, winning every contest she’s ever entered.
Adeline Williams, who lives in San Diego, wakes up at 4:30 a.m. to hit the gym, her trainer, Ricky Lee Bryant, said.
Williams is so far on a winning streak — “even when I’m competing with 50-year-olds!” she said. She began competing two years ago and has won nine trophies.
The svelte champion, who looks years younger than her actual age, also lost 20 pounds by eating smaller meals more frequently. "I don't eat bread, crackers, chips," she said.
Bryant said of his uber-ambitious client, "If you see talent in a person, you keep pushing. You keep pushing it.”
