Bill Clinton's brother has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence in California.
Roger Clinton was booked Sunday in Redondo Beach, according to an online arrest record.
Clinton, 59, remains in police custody with bail set at $15,000.
The arrest came just as both Bill and Hillary Clinton are blitzing through California ahead of Tuesday's primary.
The younger Clinton brother is scheduled to appear in court Monday.
As CBS reports, Roger Clinton was arrested in 2001 in nearby Hermosa Beach on suspicion of DUI. Clinton later pleaded guilty to a reckless driving charge and was put on probation.
Years earlier, Clinton served more than a year in prison after pleading guilty to conspiracy to distribute a gram of cocaine in 1985.
Clinton was famously pardoned after the fact by his brother as he was on his way out of the White House in 2001.
