Tasteless TV Ad Infuriates Michael Jackson's Family
Michael Jackson's family is furious about an ad running on the Discovery Channel promoting a reenactment of Jackson's autopsy. INSIDE EDITION reports.
Michael Jackson's family is furious at a new ad airing on the Discovery Channel featuring a photo of a sequin-gloved hand sticking out from under a white sheet.
The Discovery Channel is airing a reenactment of Jackson's autopsy. It is set to air in Europe in January.
Jackson's family is appalled by the whole idea of the reenactment. Lawyers for Jackson's estate sent a letter to the Discovery Channel saying:
"The ad is debased, sick and insensitive...we urge you to cancel this program."
The ad comes amid reports that Dr. Conrad Murray, the physician charged with involuntary manslaughter in the case, will argue that Jackson's death was a suicide and that he did nothing wrong.
