2 Musicians Play 'Star Wars' Theme in Front of John Williams' Home, Composer Calls It 'Fantastic'

The force was strong with these two horn players.

The music of Star Wars is just as iconic as Dark Vader’s breathing, Yoda’s wisdom, Chewbacca's roar, and Luke Skywalker’s use of the force.

So 13-year-old Bryce Hayashi and musician Michael "Mickle" Miller paid homage to the franchise's composer, John Williams, by performing his music on his front lawn.

The trumpeter and flugel horn player nailed the theme as they stood in front of their music stand last Monday.

Incredibly, Williams, who was home, opened his door to say hello.

The duo was elated as their musical hero shook their hands and gave them the seal of approval following their performance, calling it "fantastic."
