Marion Cotillard Denies Affair With Brad Pitt, Says She's Pregnant
The French actress hopes Brangelina will find peace.
Marion Cotillard has denied reports she had an affair with Brad Pitt that followed news of his split from Angelina Jolie.

"This is going to be my first and only reaction to the whirlwind news that broke 24 hours ago and that I was swept up into," the French actress wrote in an Instagram post Wednesday.
She confirmed the rumor that she is pregnant but says Pitt is not the father — it's her longtime boyfriend, French actor and director Guillaume Canet.
"Many years ago, I met the man of my life, father of our son and of the baby we are expecting. He is my love, my best friend, the only one that I need," she added.
She concluded the post by saying: “to all the media and the haters who are quick to pass judgment, I sincerely wish you a swift recovery. Finally, I do very much wish that Angelina and Brad, both whom I deeply respect, will find peace in this very tumultuous moment.”

Pitt met the The Dark Knight Rises actress on the set of their upcoming World War II drama, Allied.
The day that Pitt and Jolie announced their divorce, the film’s trailer was released, furthering speculation that the Pitt was having an affair with Cotillard due in part to intimate scenes they share in the movie.
