Behind the Scenes with Ryan Lochte as He Films His First Commercial Since Rio Scandal
The swimmer is calling the ad 'a new start.'
In the same week Ryan Lochte survived another round of Dancing with the Stars, the swimmer has filmed his first commercial since losing several sponsorships following his robbery scandal at the Rio Olympics.

Lochte is now a spokesperson for Pine Brothers Throat lozenges.
“We are shooting my first commercial in a long time since Rio,” he told Inside Edition during a behind the scenes visit.
He added: “After everything that happened, I hit a real low point, man. When I got that call, I was like, 'yes this is a start.'"

Pine Brothers CEO Rider McDowell told Inside Edition: “We felt strongly that Ryan deserved a second chance. He had just won a gold medal for America. He's very red, white and blue and a very good guy.”
