Glee Star Lea Michele's Cosmo Cover Causes Controversy

The Glee cast member raises eyebrows again with her racy Cosmopolitan cover that has some fans saying it’s too much. INSIDE EDITON has the scoop.
Glee star Lea Michele sings America the Beautiful at the Super bowl.
The stirring performance was winning, and received rave reviews, but the racy Cosmopolitan cover with Michele's revealing plunging neckline is creating a storm.
Michele plays good girl Rachel Berry on the TV series, Glee. Moms of young Glee fans are complaining the sexy cover is sending the wrong message.
One parents' blog calls the provocative cover "irresponsible".
Cooper Laurence, author of Cult of Celebrity, says negative things about the cover, but Cosmo is standing by its cover.
Laurence says, "Her young fans see her being oversexual and I think it is completely inappropriate."
"She looks stunning. Michele is a grown woman and Cosmopolitan is a magazine for adults. Enough said," said Cosmopolitan magazine.
It's not the first time one of Michele's photo shoots has caused controversy. Last October a racy spread in GQ Magazine was labeled "near pornographic" by some groups.
Michele never apologized for the GQ layout, although other Glee cast members did.
