'The Talk' of the Town: Panelists Unrecognizable in Their Halloween Costumes

From Sharon Osbourne's Marilyn Monroe to Aisha Tyler's Lionel Richie, the ladies of "The Talk" really got into the spirit.

The hosts of The Talk were unrecognizable during their Halloween special airing Monday.

Sara Gilbert turned back time as Cher for a Halloween-themed lip sync war, while Sharon Osbourne dressed as Marilyn Monroe. Even her husband, rock and roll icon Ozzy Osbourne didn’t recognize her.

“He's like ‘who's that woman? Where's my wife!?’” she told Inside Edition.

Aisha Tyler transformed into Lionel Richie, while Sheryl Underwood did her best Little Richard.

Julie Chen channeled her idol Madonna from the racy “Vogue" performance at the 1990 MTV Video Music Awards.

"The pins in my head to make sure this doesn't fall off when I’m dancing, I was little bit, ‘ow, ow, that's my scalp!'" she said.
