As a pregnant Irina Shayk strutted her stuff at the Victoria’s Secret fashion show in Paris, the supermodel is not the first to hit the catwalk with a baby bump.

Lily Aldridge and Alessandra Ambrosio were both pregnant when they walked in the lingerie giant's 2011 show.
Ambrosio was two months pregnant with her second child, Noah Phoenix Ambrosio Mazur, who she had with partner Jamie Mazur. The Brazilian beauty even wore 30 pound wings during the event.
Aldrige was almost two months pregnant with her first and only child, Dixie Pearl Followill, who she had with her husband, Kings of Leon frontman Caleb Followill.
Back then, no one knew they were pregnant.
