Woman Battered Ex-Boyfriend After She Caught Him Kissing Her Mom: Cops
Cops in Hernando County, Florida, responded to a domestic disturbance where a distraught woman said she caught her ex and mom making out.
A Florida woman was arrested on domestic battery charges after she allegedly hit her ex-boyfriend in a fit of rage after she spotted him kissing her mom.
Officers responded to a domestic disturbance call in Hernando County on Tuesday, when they encountered Breauna Bolton just before noon.
According to an arrest affidavit, the sobbing 19-year-old told cops unprompted that she's observed her mother, Tonya Barker, sitting on Bolton's ex-boyfriend's lap and kissing him.
"The victim stood up from the chair, and it was at this time the defendant pushed the victim over the chair and punched him in the back of the head," the affidavit says.
Bolton told police she'd dated her ex, 39-year-old Philip Ocasio, for about a year and a half until about three weeks before she observed him and Barker, 37, through a window as they hugged and kissed in the mother's bedroom.
The defendant allegedly then entered the room through the open window, which is when the affidavit says she pushed the Ocasio over the chair.
Ocasio suffered minor injuries to his arm and the back of his head.
Bolton was arrested and booked into the Hernando County Jail.
