Man Assaults His Wife After Waking Up From Dream In Which She Cheated: Cops
Conrad Rudalavage had been drinking before he fell asleep, cops say.
A Pennsylvania man has found himself behind bars after cops say he started to choke his wife after waking up from a dream in which she had cheated on him.
Police in Archbald say Conrad Rudalavage had been drinking before bed over the weekend when he woke up Saturday convinced he'd been wronged by the woman.
The 49-year-old allegedly attacked and threatened to kill his wife until his 16-year-old daughter intervened. Rudalavage allegedly attacked the teen after she tried to call 911.
The girl escaped, however, and ran to the neighbors, The Associated Press reported.
Police say the neighbor was then able to stop Rudalavage.
Rudalavage's wife was treated for bruises and injuries to her face, head and neck.
Rudalavage remained in the Lackawanna County jail Thursday.
