Stranger Things? Viewers Puzzled by Winona Ryder's Oddball Facial Expressions During SAG Awards
The actress was seen looking a bit confused during co-star David Harbour's speech.
One of the most talked-about moments of the SAG Awards came as viewers closed in on actress Winona Ryder’s face as Stranger Things was honored with an award.
After the Netflix series won for best TV drama ensemble Sunday, actor David Harbour had the audience on its feet with his rousing speech denouncing President Trump’s immigration policy.
“We will repel bullies, we will shelter freaks and outcasts, we will hunt monsters," Harbour passionately said.
As he delivered his remarks with supreme gusto, Ryder, his co-star, can be seen making squeamish and strange facial expressions.
Viewers took to social media to call her out.
When the show was announced the winner, the child stars of the hit cult series could not contain their excitement. Each one of them beamed with joy as they ran up to the stage.
The teenage cast were all smiles and very stylish as they hit the red carpet. Even fellow Netflix actor Tituss Burgess of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt photobombed the young boys on the red carpet.
It isn’t their first award show since the show arrived on the streaming service in July. The pint-sized actors have also attended the Golden Globes, Emmys, and People’s Choice Awards.
