Officials arrested Chad Kraemer, 33, Hubert Kraemer, 56, Robin Kraemer, 53, and Sarah Travioli, 30, for neglect resulting in death.
Four people have been arrested in Indiana in connection with the death of an emaciated 9-year-old boy who was rushed a hospital after going into cardiac arrest.
Officials arrested Chad Kraemer, 33, Hubert Kraemer, 56, Robin Kraemer, 53, and Sarah Travioli, 30, for neglect resulting in death after paramedics were called to a Vigo County home Tuesday morning.

In the home, first responders found a blind, disabled boy in a shocking state. He was rushed to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Authorities say the boy, identified as Cameron Hoopingarner, weighed only about 15 pounds.
"Literally skin on a skeleton," Vigo County Sheriff Greg Ewing told InsideEdition.com. "Worst thing ive seen in my 26 years... I have a 9 year old. Trying to choke back tears."
Ewing said the boy suffered from cerebral palsy and required round-the-clock care.
"It makes me mad, makes me mad that somebody could do this to a child, let alone a child that has physical handicaps and was blind… was given to a guardian to take care of," Ewing said at a news conference. "And this is how he gets treated? This is what he deserves? To be starved to death? What kind of animals are they?"
Ewing noted the boy's death was something that occurred "over a period of time" and said Hubert and Robin Kraemer were not the boy's blood relatives but had been his legal guardians since just after his birth.
The couple was charged with neglect of a dependent resulting in death and neglect of a dependent, both of which are felonies.

Chad Kraemer and Sarah Travioli were also charged with the two felonies, as well as failure to report child neglect, a misdemeanor.
All four suspects are jailed with bond set at $250,000. They are scheduled to appear in court at 1:30 p.m.
