Miranda Lambert Wins Big at ACM Awards, Gets Personal in Acceptance Speeches
The night also featured several all-star collaborations.
Miranda Lambert won two major honors at Sunday night's Academy of Country Music Awards, but it was her personal acceptance speech that has everyone talking.
"I just want to say thank you for letting me release my heartbreak and sharing it with me," she said as she accepted her award for Album of the Year.
She was referring to her divorce from her husband of four years, Blake Shelton, who didn't attend the awards show in Las Vegas.
He tweeted a photo Sunday of himself enjoying a libation in Oklahoma.

Lambert also won Female Vocalist of the Year for the eighth year in a row, making her the first woman to achieve the feat. She brought her boyfriend of more than a year, singer Anderson East, to help celebrate the night.
The show featured some all-star collaborations like country music power couple Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, Keith Urban and Carrie Underwood, and Florida Georgia Line with the Backstreet Boys.
Hosts Luke Bryan and Dierks Bentley, along with Joe Walsh from The Eagles, paid tribute to the late Chuck Berry with a rousing performance of "Johnny B. Goode."
