Iconic Comedian and 'Toy Story' Star Don Rickles Dead at 90
He passed away Thursday morning in his home.
Legendary comedian Don Rickles, the "master of the insult" who has delighted audiences on stage, TVs and movie screens for more than six decades, has died. He was 90.

The iconic funnyman died Thursday morning at his Los Angeles home after suffering from kidney failure, according to his publicist.
Rickles was an honorary "Rat Pack" member and roast master who was born in Queens, N.Y., and studied acting at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York before enlisting in the Navy during World War II.
He started his stand-up comedy career in the 1950s, but got his big break in 1965 when he was a guest on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson.
Rickles appeared in such TV shows and movies like Enter Laughing, Kelly’s Heroes, Casino, and Get Smart.
He provided the voice of Mr. Potato Head in each of the three Toy Story movies, and was slated to do the same in the upcoming Toy Story 4, which is currently in pre-production.

It is not known whether he has recorded any of his tracks for the movie which is slated to premiere in 2019.
In February, he said he has no plans of retiring in an interview with Closer Weekly.
Rickles is survived by his wife of 52 years, Barbara; their daughter, Mindy Mann and two grandchildren, Ethan and Harrison Mann. Rickles and his wife had a son, Larry, who passed away in 2011.

Rickles, who was still active on Twitter despite his age, last posted a message to his wife to honor their wedding anniversary in March.
