Stolen Truck Plows Through Crowded Stockholm Street and Slams Into Store in 'Act of Terror'
The prime minister called it an "act of terror."
People were seen running for their lives as a truck rammed into a store in Sweden Friday, killing at least three people.
While it remains unclear if there's any connection to the crisis in Syria, several people were injured as the vehicle struck pedestrians and crashed into a department store located on a busy street in Stockholm.

Swedish Prime Minister Stefan Lofven called the incident an act of terrorism.
Initial reports indicated that a suspect was in custody, but authorities have since announced that the driver has not been found, and a manhunt is in place to find him.
Authorities said that three victims are dead and nine are injured.
An image of the suspect has also been released and is being circulated.
“Sweden has been attacked. Everything indicates this is a terror attack,” he said.
Spendrups, the company that owns the truck used in the attack, said the vehicle had been hijacked earlier in the day as the driver was making deliveries.
Radio Sweden has reported that parts of the city center have been cordoned off and all trains and metros passing in and out of the city have been canceled. The parliament building is also currently on lockdown.

The incident mimics the Bastille Day attacks in Nice, France, last summer and the Christmastime attacks in Berlin, Germany, in December. It also echoes last month's attack in London, when a lone wolf terrorist plowed through civilians on Westminster Bridge near the Houses of Parliment.
