10-Year-Old Boy Killed in Crash While His Mom Was Allegedly Using Her Cell Phone

A 10-year-old Ohio boy was killed after his mom crashed her car while allegedly on her cell phone, police said.
Carlo Jo Kingsley, 49, was driving in Somers Township when she lost control of the car and drove into a ditch and wire fence before the car overturned, reports said.
The boy wasn’t wearing his seat belt and was ejected from the car, according to police.
Kingsley and her 12-year-old daughter, who also wasn’t wearing a seatbelt, were taken to a hospital for treatment of their injuries, reports said.

The first names of Kingsley’s children have not been released.
