Jackson, now 36, played Hobie Buchannon on the hit show, and recently debuted his new look at the premiere of the new Baywatch film, starring Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Zac Efron.
His transformation comes after a few tumultuous years. His current look is a far cry from the chiseled features of his past self.
“The last four year has been pretty heavy,” he told Inside Edition. “We're talking destitute, depression, addiction.”
He was only 10 when he landed a starring role on TV’s Baywatch when he was picked to portray David Hasselhoff’s son.
He stayed on the show for eight years and the world watched as he grew into a young man while making a great salary.
“By the time I was 16, I had already made $3 million,” he admitted.
But following his successes was a downward spiral fueled by cocaine and crystal meth addiction.
In 2015, he was arrested for stabbing a woman during a dispute over a car. He served 4 1/2 months in prison.
“You are in there with killers; I’m sleeping next to murderers, some people who are never going to get out of jail,” he said of his experience behind bars.
Now, sober for a year-and-a-half, he is trying to clean up just in time for a big Baywatch reunion. He wants to show his fellow former cast members that he’s not down and out.
He fixed his broken teeth by visiting Beverly Hills cosmetic dentist Dr. Ramin Mehr. The dentist used epoxy to create a new smile.
Then, he went to Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Michael K. Obeng for ab sculpting and liposuction.
His makeover continued as his hair was cut and beard trimmed for the big day.

He then got a custom-made designer suit jacket and hit the red carpet for a screening of the new Baywatch movie for a charity benefit called A Chance for Children.
There, he was reunited with Baywatch cast members Gena Lee Nolin, Kelly Packard, and Brande Roderick.
"He is always so stylish and always so good — to the nines," Roderick said.
“I feel fantastic with all of the love and support,” he said.
