Mom Screams With Joy as Military Son Surprises Her After Nearly a Year Overseas

It was a beautiful moment.

An American soldier gave his mother the surprise of a lifetime when he unexpectedly walked into her Maryland home after the family hadn’t seen him in nearly a year.

In a video captured of the special moment, Femi Opesanmi, who was deployed in the Middle East, can be seen walking into the kitchen of the house.

Once his mother saw him, she couldn’t contain her excitement, screaming with joy at the sight of her son.

The two then embraced in an emotional moment.

Opesanmi’s brother, who was in the on the surprise, filmed the heartfelt scene.

The video of their mom's priceless reaction quickly became a viral sensation.
