The accident came as the pop superstar was leaving a church service in Beverly Hills, where he was swarmed by cameras.

As the “Sorry” singer was leaving in his black truck, the photographer’s leg was hit, sending him to the ground.

Amid the chaos, Bieber consoled the photog.

"What can we do?” he was heard asking. "What do you need? Is there anything we can do to help?"

He also told other photographers that were overwhelming the scene to back off.

"If you could give us a little space, all right?” Bieber said.

As the singer knelt down beside him, the paparazzo did not appear to blame the singer.

"You’re a good guy, just bad timing," the injured photographer told Bieber.

The photographer later posted a video where he described the incident, thanking Bieber for his "compassion" and revealing that he was run over just hours before his birthday.

"He’s a good kid," he said in the video, which was posted by TMZ. "Accidents happen."
