According to reports, the little boy was struck in the head.

The boy was rushed to an area hospital, where he underwent surgery to remove shrapnel from his head.

Miraculously, officials said the bullet did not enter the boy's brain.

Cleveland Police Department is now looking for two gunmen who the mother said were behind the wheel of a white, 4-door Pontiac.
