Nancy Kerrigan's Brother Cleared of Manslaughter

Nancy Kerrigan's brother was cleared of manslaughter charges today in the death of their father. INSIDE EDITION has the latest details.
There will be no celebrating for the Kerrigan family yet. Mark Kerrigan, brother of famed figure skater Nancy Kerrigan, was acquitted of manslaughter for his involvement in their father's death. Even so, the family remains shaken by tragedy.
After the verdict, Nancy left the courtroom with her mother at her side. Nancy, grim-faced, spoke briefly to eager reporters and said: "My family has never believed at all that my brother had anything to do with my father's death, and my dad would never have wanted any of this."
Prosecutors had claimed Danny Kerrigan, Nancy's father, died as a result of a physical altercation with his son at their home near Boston.
But Mark Kerrigan's legal woes are not yet over. Kerrigan, convicted instead of assault and battery, will be formally sentenced this Thursday. He could still face two and a half years behind bars.
Unfortunately for the Kerrigans, the heartbreak and turmoil continue.
