Three weeks after Hurricane Maria slammed into Puerto Rico, there is a major medical crisis for thousands on the island, and one infant is among those in dire need of treatment.

Eight-month-old Sebastian suffers from congestive heart failure and must have surgery to save his life.
An anonymous billionaire donated his private jet to bring Puerto Rico's sick to safety. The flight was organized by a disaster relief charity PALS (Patient Airlift Services) and it departed from New Jersey this week with cargo of medical supplies, generators and other important items.

Dr. Katie Gollotto, an American physician, got to the island and examined baby Sebastian before he boarded the flight to return to New Jersey from Puerto Rico.
Sebastian's mother was overcome with emotion as her family boarded the G-4 jet for the flight. There were five other patients on board who will also need care once they land.
