Dancing With the Stars Dancer Blasts Dance Moms

Dancing With the Stars cast member Chelsie Hightower is letting her feelings be known about the dance instructor on the reality show Dance Moms. INSIDE EDITION has the scoop.
Dancing With The Stars dance pro Chelsie Hightower is lashing out at the controversial show Dance Moms, which this week, featured the girls in showgirl costumes making them look topless even though they were fully covered in nude fabric.
On the Dance Moms episode, Abby Lee Miller said to the young dance students, "You give the illusion that you are nude."
Hightower said, "It is abusive. It's not right, the way she talks to them. But at the same time, I think the mother's are just as much to blame because they are letting her treat the children like that."
You'll see Hightower in the upcoming season of Dancing With the Stars, paired with Disney Channel's Roshan Fegan. She started dancing at age 9, and knows what it's like to be a child dancer. She said she disagrees with Abby Lee Miller's mean-spirited approach which is causing a national uproar.
"I was trained with the best in the world and you would never see them treating anybody like that," exclaimed Hightower.
