Amanda Bynes Announces Acting Retirement

Troubled young starlet, Amanda Bynes, who is facing hit and run charges, said she's saying goodbye to Hollywood forever

Bynes told People.com, "I am retired as an actor. I am moving to New York to launch my career. I am going to do a fashion line."

INSIDE EDIITON spotted her covering her face outside a gym in Los Angeles where she was working out in the gym for four hours.
