MTV's Teen Mom Gets $16,000 Nose Job & Chin Implant

We got to know Farrah Abraham as a struggling young mother on MTV's Teen Mom.

But now, at age 21, she's all grown up and making some very adult decisions about her face.

"I feel the alignment of my nose is a little off," said Abraham.

INSIDE EDITION was with Abraham as she prepared to undergo a nose job and a chin implant, on the same day.

The procedures will cost a total of $16,000.

A heavily bandaged Abraham required a week to recover. Then came the moment of truth as Dr. Michael Salzhauer of Bal Harbour, Florida, revealed her new face.

"Oh my godness, good job," Abraham said during her reveal.

"I think I look amazing! I couldn't have asked for a better result," she said.
