Philip Seymour Hoffman Exits Rehab For Heroin Use

Oscar winner Philip Seymour Hoffman has ended a brief stint in rehab for substance abuse, including snorting heroin. INSIDE EDITION has the details.
He's best known for his best actor Oscar winning performance in Capote. Philip Seymour Hoffman has made a big name for himself as a versatile actor with movies like The Master and Mission Impossible 3.
But now comes troubling news that Hoffman has been snorting heroin and abusing prescription pills.
The actor told a website that he's just completed a 10-day stint in rehab after his drug use was quote, "spinning out of control"
He says he's now clean and sober and back at work. His next movie, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, comes out later this year.
