Simon Cowell Says 'I'll Be A Good Dad'

Simon Cowell breaks his silence to INSIDE EDITION about becoming a dad.

"It was unexpected," said Cowell.
    
INSIDE EDITION caught up with the dad-to-be at the big X Factor premiere party in West Hollywood.

Cowell said, "I didn't think it was going to happen to me. I thought I'd gotten past that, but once I got used to the news then I was happy."

Cowell's pregnant girlfriend, Lauren Silverman was nowhere to be seen. And get this—Cowell's ex,  Terri Seymour, is going to be the babysitter!

"Terri, actually my ex, is very good with kids so she'll be babysitting a lot. But I'll be a good dad. I like kids," Cowell admits.

Cowell was joined by his new cast of judges, all women. Demi Lovato returns to the judges table along with Latin superstar Paulina Rubio and former Destiny's Child singer Kelly Rowland.

Rowland told INSIDE EDITION, "I think Simon will be a great dad."
