Charlie Sheen is going to jail, according to a new report.
Sheen will plead guilty to a misdemeanor offense in connection to that alleged domestic violence assault against his wife Brooke and get 30 days in jail, says people.com.
"With good behavior, he could end up doing 15 or so days," a source close to the negotiations told People. The deal would allow TV's highest-paid actor to serve his sentence before the new season of Two And A Half Men starts shooting in August.
