The young man once considered the prime suspect in the mysterious disappearance of Natalee Holloway is now wanted for questioning in the murder of another woman.
Police say 22-year-old Dutch playboy Joran van der Sloot is now the prime suspect in the brutal stabbing death of a 21-year-old woman whose body was found in a hotel room in Lima, Peru.
There's an international manhunt underway for van der Sloot, who authorities believe has fled Peru and is on his way to Argentina.
Van der Sloot's lawyer, Joseph Tacopina, told INSIDE EDITION, "Neither his family nor I have been contacted by any law enforcement regarding this case. He has been falsely accused of murder before. He has a bull's-eye on his back. We need to wait to see what evidence exists."
Stephany Flores Ramirez was reportedly last seen alive with van der Sloot leaving a casino in Lima. It echoes the events of five years ago this week, when surveillance video was taken of van der Sloot at a casino in Aruba with Holloway
Her body has never been found, and van der Sloot has twice been arrested but never charged in her disappearance.
Holloways's mother Beth made an appearance on the Today show to mark the fifth anniversary of the unsolved mystery of what happened to her daughter.
