First lady Michelle Obama turns 50 and INSIDE EDITION is reporting on details of what promises to be a blowout party at the White House.

Michelle turned 50 on Friday, but the blowout party is on Saturday. The president is hosting the bash at the White House. Guests received a party invite via email called "Snacks & Sips & Dancing & Dessert."
A reporter tweeted a photo of cases of champagne arriving ahead of the event.
The buzz is Beyoncé will be performing. You'll recall she sang the first dance at the inaugural ball back in 2009.
At the Critics Choice Awards in Los Angeles, celebrities sent their best wishes. Aisha Tyler said, "Happy birthday, Michelle. I think you're fantastic and I just hope I look as foxy as you do when I'm 50."
Zooey Deschanel shares a birthday with the first lady. Deschanel turns 34, tweeting: "I share a birthday with @michelleobama too! Happy birthday to the first lady!!!"
