Kim Kardashian Says 'Vogue' Cover Was Surprise

Hard to believe, but Kim Kardashian had no idea that she and fiancé Kanye West would be on the cover of Vogue.  

The reality TV star wore a daring see-through lace dress with a black bra and underpants for her appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers. She said her Vogue cover represents many "firsts."

She said, “I didn't know it would be the cover. I knew I was doing it. It was such a secret that I didn't tell my sisters. It was this top secret mission. Kanye is the first rapper to be on, I’m the first reality star, we're the first interracial couple to be on the cover. It all means so much to Kanye and I!”

She also shared a funny behind-the-scenes story about a photograph with their baby girl. In the photo, Kim was sitting in a chair while Kanye was laying across her and had North on his stomach. Kim said, "Actually, North peed on him right at that moment! I had to get up and get her, clean her off and clean him off."

Tuesday night, Vogue editor Anna Wintour was spotted dining with Kim and Kanye at a swanky New York City restaurant.

It doesn't officially hit newsstands until March 31st, but INSIDE EDITION spotted advance copies at Global News in Manhattan and the owner says copies are flying off the shelves.

Beyoncé's March 2013 cover of Vogue was the magazine's best-seller last year, while Katy Perry's was the worst-selling cover. Only time will tell how well the Kimye cover will sell.
