Neil Patrick Harris Picked to Host Oscars

Neil Patrick Harris can now add Oscar host to his growing list of accolades.

The Tony and five time Emmy award winner made the announcement via Twitter that he's been picked to host the 2015 Academy Awards.

He posted a video of himself taking a call simply saying, "I'm in... Nice"

Then, the camera paned down to a yellow legal pad with the writing "NPH bucket list."

The items on the list already checked off included, "Jump out of a plane, move to NYC, and saw a lady in half."

Last, but not least, on the list: was "Hosting the Oscars," which he aptly checked off.
