Firefighters were called to rescue motorists stranded by flooding in one of the unlikeliest of places: Arizona.

Footage showed first responders coming to the aid of multiple people trapped by floodwaters. In one neighborhood, rescue personnel went door by door to help people.
Thanks to Rosa, millions of people in the state are under a flash flood watch.
Tuesday was the 10th wettest day on record for Phoenix.
