Deborah Norville is back!
After taking some time off to undergo surgery to remove most of her thyroid following a cancer scare, the Inside Edition anchor returns Monday.
"I'm so grateful," Deborah said. "I've gotten so many messages from so many nice people and I promise I am going to respond to every single one of you."
She added: "It might take a little while."
The first sign that something might be up came years ago, when an Inside Edition viewer reached out to say she'd seen something on Deborah's neck.
Deborah said that at the time she went to a doctor, who said it was nothing, but she has continued to get the lump looked at ever since.
"For years, it was nothing. Until recently, it was something," she said.
She underwent surgery to remove most of her thyroid and the stitches just came out a few days ago.
Tune in to Inside Edition for more on Deborah's recovery.
