Miranda Lambert's Plane Makes Emergency Landing

While flying to Nashville for the CMT Awards, Miranda Lambert's private plane made an emergency landing. INSIDE EDITION has details.

Country star Miranda Lambert and her pals were in fire suits!

The photo was taken at an airport in West Virginia after her private jet was forced to make an emergency landing.

Lambert was heading to Nashville for Wednesday night's CMT Music Awards, but the plane was diverted to Clarksburg, West Virginia after it suddenly lost cabin pressure.

Lambert and her team had boarded the jet at Teterboro Airport outside New York City following her appearance Tuesday morning on Good Morning America promoting her new album.

After landing in West Virginia, Lambert had to wait two hours for a new plane. She and her posse made the most of it by trying on hazmat suits they found at the airport. On Instagram she posted the message: "Our plane had an emergency landing...But don't worry, we found platinum fire suits."

She also posed for photos with firefighters and their kids.

Meantime, the super-hot Lambert is on the cover of two national magazines this week, US Weekly and Rolling Stone, the magazine's very first country music issue in its storied 47 year history. She's wearing a white tank top and cut off shorts. A lot sexier than that fire suit!
