Officer Alex Kipp with the Orlando Police Department was driving home from work when he noticed his 10-month-old daughter, Talynn, cruising along in her own tiny vehicle.
So he did what any good cop would. He pulled her over and asked for her license and registration.
Her reaction? To laugh in his face.
"This is no laughing matter," he insisted sternly in moment caught on video. "This is not funny."
Fortunately, he decided to take it easy on her and she got off with just a warning.
Her only crime now? Being too cute.
