Ben Padgett, 32, had allegedly been harassing people at the Olive Garden.
A Florida man was arrested after he was found sitting outside of Olive Garden topless and shoving spaghetti into his mouth.
According to Fox News, 32-year-old Ben Padgett had allegedly been harassing people inside and outside of the restaurant and shouting obscenities.
Police say Padgett also allegedly threatened a restaurant employee, saying he’d kick their “a**.” He also allegedly asked about that person’s genitals.
Prior to arresting Padgett, cops say they did help him wipe food off of his face while he muttered obscenities. Authorities say he smelled of alcohol.
Padgett was first taken to Naples Community Hospital, where he was treated for a cut he received after reportedly bashing his head into the cop car’s partition.
According to the Collier County Sheriff's Office, Padgett is in custody. It is unclear if he has an attorney.
