An army of Storm Troopers invaded the blockbuster Los Angeles premiere of Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
Harrison Ford was there, as was Carrie Fisher who arrived with actor John Boyega. Luke Skywalker himself, Mark Hamill, also made a red carpet appearance.
Even the non-human stars like droids C3PO, R2D2 and newcomer BB-8, hit the red carpet.
INSIDE EDITION was on the red carpet with special correspondent Max Page, better known as the child who portrayed Darth Vader in a 2011 Volkswagen commercial that became one of the most famous Super Bowl ads of all time.
Ford was delighted to meet him and talked about how meaningful the character of Hans Solo has been to his career.
“Success of first Star Wars gave me opportunities and let me do what I really wanted to do which was be an actor and be in the movies,” the iconic actor said.
Page caught up with Daisy Ridley, the young actress plucked out of nowhere to play Rey in the new film.
She commented how the film has changed her life and said: "It has let me meet some wonderful people and see some amazing things and be apart of something that people love. That is very exciting."
John Boyega told reporters he couldn't be more excited for what is happening, saying: "I feel great. I feel fantastic and I feel surprisingly relaxed."
Security was super tight at the premiere but maybe not as tight as the plotline. It's kept under wraps until Friday.
Actor Andy Serkis was on Conan on Monday night and his character in The Force Awakens is so secret that he couldn’t even reveal who he's portraying.
Conan did his best to get it out of him but mum was the word from the actor.
The host then joked about a rumor that he was actually playing an evil version of Jar-Jar Binks.
The actor smiled and sarcastically said: “It is true.”
