Caiden Zane Lochte was born on June 8 and is making his TV debut.

Lochte and fiancée, Playboy Playmate Kayla Rae Reid are diving head first into parenthood.

“Oh my gosh, having a baby is so much work," she said.

For the couple who's been together just two years, caring for an infant is a whole new world of joy and challenges that all new parents face, like spit-ups, sleepless nights and diaper changes.

“I’m dead tired, but when I see him I’m just like, 'Yes!'" Lochte said.

The 33-year-old dad is so sleep-deprived that Inside Edition even caught him snoozing at one point.

Little Caiden came into the world after 26 hours of labor.

“It felt like you're in this race with no finish line,” Reid said.

When the cutie pie was finally born, the proud parents can only describe it as a miracle.

The 12-time Olympic medalist told Inside Edition fatherhood feels like his biggest achievement yet.

“Being a dad is 10 times better. I could win 80 million gold medals and it won't compare,” he gushed.

Of course, the infant already has his own goggles and swim trunks.

When asked what is next for the new parents, Lochte exclaimed, “Baby No. 2!”
