The world’s longest feather boa made its debut in New York City!

Ripley's Believe It or Not! and Madame Tussauds New York hosted a special event in Times Square to attempt the Guinness World Record for the title on June 20 to celebrate WorldPride and the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising.

The feather boa stretched 1.2 miles and was held by a group of drag queens.

The boa reportedly took two weeks to sew and was made up of 1,000 separate boas sewn into one.
