Madrid Police Dog Performs 'CPR' on Fallen Officer in Mock Demonstration
Poncho appears to check the officer's vitals between chest compressions.
A heroic pup is earning praise for coming to the aid of a "fallen" officer in Spain.
Poncho, an officer with the Municipal Police of Madrid, can be seen in video rushing to help the officer, who pretends to fall on his back, and jumping on his chest.
While administering apparent chest compressions, Poncho also pauses to lay his head on the officer's neck, seemingly checking for vital signs.
At the end of the video, the officer "comes back to life," and Poncho, furiously wagging his tail, greets him with licks to his palm.
Who's a good boy?
