He is being held on $1 million bond.

A North Carolina man has been charged after he allegedly used an ice cream truck to lure and sexually assault children in October, police said.

Authorities said that two boys reported being sexually assaulted by Isam Fathee Mohamed Rahmah, 51, inside of the ice cream truck in separate incidents in Durham late last month.

The boys' parents told authorities.

Parents at an apartment complex, near where the boys were allegedly assaulted, said they’ve seen Rahmah before, according to WFMY. They said his ice cream truck comes around all the time.

“It’s frightening. You don’t ever want to hear anything like this,” Carolisha Cole, a parent, told the station.

Another neighbor told the station that she thinks Rahmah lives in the truck.

Rahmah is charged with first-degree kidnapping and indecent liberties with a child, according to police.

Rahmah surrendered to police on Friday and is being held on $1 million bond.

He is set to appear in court on Monday.
