Man Sprays New York Gas Station With Fuel, Sets It Aflame
Officials are looking for the suspect, who was driving a blue minivan.
Authorities are searching for a man who was captured on video setting fire to a New York gas station early Monday morning.
The unidentified man can be seen in the surveillance footage released by the New York Police Department taking a gas pump and spraying the ground with fuel in Staten Island. Then, he lights a piece of paper on fire and sets it down in the puddle of gas.
The flames were put out with the station's fire extinguisher system, but one man was seriously injured, police said.
Officials said the suspect was driving a blue minivan.
