Man Wins $1 Million Lottery Twice at Same Store in Just 2 Years

He said he was shocked he hit another jackpot.
A North Carolina man had double the luck when he won the lottery twice at the same store.
Terry Splawn took home $1 million for the second time in two years last week after playing a $150 Million Cash Explosion scratch-off ticket.
He won the first time in April 2017 from a Millionaire Bucks scratch-off at Sam’s Mini Stop in Concord.
"What are the odds of this happening?" Splawn told North Carolina Education Lottery officials. "I can't believe I won the lottery not once, but twice!"
Splawn said he was surprised and plans to use his prize wisely.
“I couldn’t believe I hit again,” Splawn said. "I'm keeping this one. I'm going to put it aside for a rainy day."
