4 Baby Raccoons Rescued From Chimney

Four baby racoons were rescued from a home’s chimney. California’s San Bernardino County Fire Department shared video of their collaboration with the City of Upland Animal Control. It was a slow and careful process removing each of the newborns one-by-one. Sadly, their attempts to reunite the mother and her kits were unsuccessful. The raccoon kits were moved to a wildlife rescue facility that will care for them until they are old enough to fend for themselves in the wild.
