Janet Fein, 84, didn't have to spend the last few years earning a bachelor's degree, but knitting and crocheting didn't seem like fun activities. So when she retired from her secretarial job at age 78, she decided to go back to school. The University of Texas at Dallas allows people over 65 to take six credit hours for free.
