Cops Use Rope to Save 3 Women and a Dog Caught in Flash Flood

Cops come upon a desperate scene, three women trapped in a car with their dog in a flash flood. "I'm stuck in my car,” one woman told a 911 operator. “I can't get out. We're about to get pushed into a lake. We need to get out ASAP." One by one the women were guided to safety with a rope, but the last passenger wouldn't let go of her puppy. As an officer pulled them to safety, the dog got spooked and ran away. Officers Benjamin Cochran and Mathew Valli said they were 45 seconds from disaster.
